Go Media’s extended service plan provides a dedicated block of hours each month to ensure your digital presence stays fresh and relevant. This plan remains active as long as your Hosting and Service accounts are in good standing.
Scope of Service
These hours are reserved exclusively for the specific website and domain associated with your plan. Whether it’s a design tweak, a new landing page, or functional updates outside your initial one-year warranty, our team is available to update your website for you.
Priority Scheduling
As a retainer client, your requests are moved to the front of the line. Work requests receive first available time-slotting in our production schedule, ensuring a faster turnaround than standard ad-hoc requests.
The “Use It or Lose It” & Rollover Policy
To ensure we can allocate the proper resources to every client, hours typically do not carry over from month to month. However, we believe in fairness and forward-thinking. Hours will only roll over under the following two conditions:

Pre-Planned Roadmaps: If you have provided a clear list of tasks or a strategic project roadmap to us in advance, we will roll over hours to accommodate that larger phase of work.

Production Delays: If you requested work within the month and we were unable to deliver those hours due to our internal production capacity, your time will remain credited to you.
Otherwise, we encourage you to take full advantage of your hours each month to keep your site fresh.
Exceeding Your Plan
If a requested task requires more time than your monthly allotment, don’t worry—we won’t leave you hanging. We will contact you immediately to discuss purchasing supplemental hours at your preferred rate before any overages occur.
Service coverage is designed to be a seamless part of your website’s lifecycle post-deployment. Plan coverage applies strictly to one domain hosted by Go Media. This ensures our environment remains optimized for the specific technical needs of your site.
