Go Media’s extended website service plan provides a block of hours each month for as long as your Hosting Plan and Extended Service Plan remain active and in good standing.
- Go Media will be available for these hours each month to perform updates or changes to your site that are outside the scope of the 1 year warranty.
- Your work request will receive first available time-slotting in our production schedule.
- These hours do not carry over from month-to-month, so take full advantage of them.
- If the work you require exceeds your plan’s hours, we will contact you to discuss purchasing supplemental hours to complete your task.
*Please note: Service coverage is expected to remain seamless throughout the life-cycle of your website after your initial deployment is completed. The service plan time and coverage only applies to one domain. The domain must be hosted by Go Media.
